This is a 4 tier wedding cake we created recently. Two flavours of delicious sponge were requested by our client and we were happy to oblige. The top and third tiers were our scrummy death by chocolate sponge with a chocolate fudge filling, the second and fourth tiers were our ever popular vanilla sponge with a strawberry conserve and rich vanilla butter cream filling. Our clients theme was various shades of pink, white and cream all with a funky, modern twist. Glad to be part of their big day.
